Best hose on the market
Brilliant hose. The auto reel feature saves a lot of hassle and it fixed to the wall of the house easily. Well worth the money.

Good retractable reel
I have had this a couple of years now. Plenty of reel. Still springs back the same as the day it went on the wall. Swivels 180 so can sit on a wall fine. It's quite heavy but was easy to put up. The only thing is if it does ever break (hose or mechanism), chances of repair are probably slim as I think it is not meant to be opened up. My karcher stuff has lasted years so here's hoping...

Top quality product
Amazing quality worth the extra money even at it current price not a discounted price I got sturdy and strong only thing I had to get my self was the bolt to stop it being lifted of and stolen maybe the could included that for a 10p nut and bolt

Not reliable - no support
Seemed solid at the time, worked ok for less than a year than the rewind mechanism failed. I emailed support by email and never heard back. The whole point was to go with a reputable company, even if paying more for it but it didn’t pay off. My suggestion: go with something cheaper!

Value for money
After wasting money on 3 expandable hosed this year which all blown out I decided to invest in a more robust model. Very happy with this hose and would definitely recommend it.
