How do you review something in the begging that theoretically takes a long time for results? Telomere research is something I have been following for a long time and have taken several products all claiming to pause or retard telomere shortening and or increase its length for longevity.I guess if you compare health effects of smoking to not smoking over time you can see what it does or not do more quickly. Same applies to aging and how it presents itself by healthy diet and supportive nutrition. And more importantly your frame of mind is the most important as what you perceive in your mind’s eye is what you tend to manifest in life. We all have known hypochondriacs and mind condition that becomes negative physical life conditions verses those who are virtually bullet proof against colds, flues, and all other adverse things.Research show certain supplements as well as natural fruits and vegetables enhance Telomere health and certain foods, drugs, habits shorten or are counterproductive to Telomere health. So, it just makes sense if this more direct approach to retarding your aging is addressed by Telomere supplements this product is helpful. How helpful of course will depend on if along with this product you are not doing counterproductive things to negate the positive effects of this positive Telomere supplement. Therein lies the key to how effective this will be to you overall. You are given the ammunition here to help achieve a healthier longer life so long as you include this in an overall positive healthier lifestyle for that longevity this is designed for. That is of course if this crazy world doesn’t blow itself up in the meantime making all of this a waste of time, effort and money. I'm counting on the positive overall but it is a wait and see on the Telomere end result. So I'm giving this an all thumbs up for what it is designed for and makeup of the product, the rest I guess is up to me.

I recently began taking this product so I cannot speak to the efficacy of it just yet. I will return and edit my review once I am able to do so.The pill is very easy to swallow and doesn't have any bad side effects or taste. I take one pill a day (it says that you can take up to four after one week), but I wanted to make sure that it didn't have any side effects for me. So far, I am tolerating it well.I am all for trying products that help with aging and overall health, but I do not take anything or try anything without doing extensive research first. Spermidine is supposed aid in the process of allowing cells to adapt to stress, to mobilize their energetic reserves, and to degrade potentially harmful constituents by promoting autophagy. Word of the day: Autophagy!! In an egg shell, Autophagy takes care of stressed, diseased, or aged cells so that new cells can take their place. HELLO GRACEFUL AGING! It helps with proper immune function and helps to decrease oxidative stress levels. I'm no doctor, but all of this sounds amazing. I'll letcha know!!!!

Aging is something that many would love to stop or at least slow down and I am no exception. In my quest I found this product and it appeared to be one tool I could use. I had researched and found that Spermadine is a naturally occurring polyamine that can decrease in our body as we age. I also saw that it could be found naturally in green pepper, wheat, mushrooms, cauliflower and amaranth. Since I don’t eat a lot of those things this product comes in handy.The bottle contains 60 capsules that can be taken 1 a day and gradually up to 4 a day depending on how many you want to take. The capsules are of average in size and do not smell like much of anything. They swallow easily with a glass of water. This particular brand has Black Pepper Fruit Extract included which is supposed to improve absorption. The only thing I don’t like of the ingredients is the magnesium stearate. I get too much of that in my supplements.It’s hard to know if I am getting results by taking this supplement because most of the results are unseen. But after a week and a half of taking it I have had a little more energy and felt a little better. I’ll have to see over time if any else improves. In addition to maintaining a healthy diet and regular exercise this supplement is good to have on hand for a little extra help. While it is a little pricey, just knowing that it could be doing something to improve the cells in my body and slow aging is good enough for me.

I currently have 2 kinds of cancer Follicular Lymphoma and Pleomorphic Liposarcoma. As you can imagine I am very interested in anything that might be helpful in fighting cancer. One thing that popped up on my radar was Spermidine. I wasn’t familiar with it and started researching it. I like to research things before I take them. One Pubmed article I read said “A recent study suggested that an increase in the nutritional uptake of the natural polyamine spermidine is associated with reduced overall and cancer-specific mortality”. That and other things I read helped me decide that it would be a good addition to my arsenal. It also claims to promote healthy aging and support healthy brain function, both of which are of interest to me as well. I realize that no supplement is a ‘cure’ for cancer but I plan to continue taking Spermidine as part of my daily effort to stay healthy and keep my cancers at bay.

I’ve been taking this for about 10 days now I’d say. No noticeable changes with my energy levels or mental sharpness. Not that I can tell anyways. If anything does change I’ll be sure to update.

Its kind of hard to review supplements, I only wright something after researching the product and ingredient's. I have had good results with no negative side affects thus far, it appears to do as advertised. Ill update if I have anything negative to report.
