Excellent sound quality. Works well on calls. The other party can hear me easily. Comfortable to wear. I would buy this again.

Is very comfortable and has good noise cancelling but I can't help but notice the sound quality's a bit choppy, may update overtime, as I start to use it more, Anyways I had a little glitch with the noise cancelling and it picks up alot your voice but overall its pretty good, has a few cons but has more pros, So conclusion?, It's pretty okay but it's a bit choppy but again, may update overtime, and then I might update it.UPDATE: after getting used to using it it sounded fine, and doesn't catch any if any, very minimum. The microphone is flexible and the head band extends if you need too, battery life's unbelievable easy to connect, gives detailed instructions, Overall it's a lot better I just needed to get used to it, I now rate it a 5/5 stars.

Bit of a nightmare figuring out the issue with this headset - essentially, this headset has outdated Bluetooth hardware which makes it so you cant listen to applications/games/videos, etc... while using the mic. Example: You want to chat with a friend while playing a game or watching youtube, you call them up on Discord or Teams, and you can chat with them but the applications wont play sound on the headset (you would need to choose other speakers).The hardware defaults to two types of sound profiles that cant be used at the same time.1. Hands-Free. (HSP profile) which automatically takes over while the mic is active. Sound quality is sub-par and applications using stereo sound go silent while HSP is active with no way to choose otherwise.2. Stereo. (A2DP profile) which is the default. Sound quality is fine but the minute you try to use VoiP or call applications, this turns off and changes to HSP.So... just buy something with newer hardware.

Crystal clear sound. Holds a charge for a week while working. Great headset.

The sound quality is good and the blue tooth is easy to set up. It is not easy to power on, you have to press and hold the power button for several seconds. The volume buttons are not very responsive. I also have an intermittent issue with the headset defaulting to max volume on my devices which can be startling.They work for what I need, but they aren't the most functional. If you need something easy to use, I wouldn't recommend this item.

I needed good set of headphones for work, they are comfortable.

These headphones are a great steal for the price. I purchased these for my WFH arrangement, but have been using them for both my personal cellphone and work computer. The headphones have dual connect capabilities and it is so easy to go back and fourth because the headphones recognizes both devices at the same time. I actually think I will pair my headphones with my computer and my iPad , so I can answer phone work calls and continue watching videos on my iPad as I work. The noise cancellation is great for the price considering the brand is unfamiliar. I find my self keeping on earphone turned away from my ear because I do have a hard time hearing what is going on inside my home , due to the quality of the noise cancelation . I am thrilled with my purchase . These are a steal for the quality and the price point.

So far so good. Bought these about a month ago for work use mainly with ocasional personal use, and I am really pleased considering the price! Bluetooth range, still deciding, as it can be hit or miss, and is not that strong if you like walking about while talking, and your laptop is far away. However the good things I like are:- great battery life, i am on MS teams and other calls most of the day, and i top up the charge every few days. Haven't had a time so far where i ran out of battery and had to charge in the middle of a meeting.- connects to 2 devices at the same time with no issues and using phone calls one minute, then calling someone on MS teams the next, connection is just perfect, with no disturbance using 2 different devices. Love this feature, no expensive brands has such a smooth connection like these headphones, and in the last 2 years i have changed at least 5 different headphones from cheap to expensive. So far these headphones have the best connection in my personal experience- call quality is very good. After using for a month i had no one telling me that they can't hear me, or I sound crackling, and as i use these headphones for work, sound and call quality are extremely important to me.- confortable and light weight. Some of the other headphones i had were very tight, but these are perfect.- connection to both devices is very quick after turning the headphones on. Can't complain at all.- volume up and down buttons work well as well as mute button on the mike.Overall for a £25 headphone - impressive performance👍 Hope it will last 😊

I bought this headset earlier this year and was blown away at how good it was. Lightweight, comfortable & good sound quality. Six months later, the microphone just stopped working. No rhyme or reason. It worked on Friday but didn't the following Monday.I contacted the Earbay support team via their website but no response, not even an acknowledgement that they'd received my query.I'm now stuck with a piece of kit that doesn't work with no obvious method of either having it fixed or getting a refund. In theory, this goes against consumer protection laws in the UK but if the manufacturer in China doesn't want to play ball, what can you do?Update: Since writing my original review, Earbay have reached out to me and offered a replacement headset. Seems their online portal had an issue and didn't receive my requests for support. However, emailing them directly at [email protected] did get through. I'm posting this email address as it may be useful for those with similar issues.On the assumption that they'll be true to their word and provide a replacement, I'm revising my score as, apart from the support issue, the headset is a decent piece of kit.

I bought these headphones due to the fact you can connect to two items simultaneously. The headphones were easy to connect via Bluetooth to both my mobile and laptop. If your computer does not have Bluetooth capability you will not be able to use these headphones without an adapter - which I needed for my work computer. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic. They responded within 24 hours, answered my questions and were very courteous. Couldn't ask for better after sales service. The box just contains the headset and a charging cable - the cable is less than 60cm in total length, so if you are charging it via the USB on your computer, you will need it very close (you wouldn't find it very comfortable to charge it whilst wearing the headset). To answer / end a call on the mobile, you can use the button on the earpiece. You turn the volume up / down on the earpiece too. You can mute your microphone by pressing the button on the microphone. The headset will tell you the call is muted (or unmuted if you press it again). When you turn on the headset, it will automatically connect to the devices in range (if the settings on your devices have been set that way). The sound is great. No complaints on either side. And being wireless is great!! They are very comfortable to wear, but as with all over the ear headphones, your ears do get fairly warm! All in all, very pleased with these headphones. I've had (wired) headphones before from earbay, which were very good quality, which is why I've returned for the wireless set!

Worked the first couple of times, now the microphone has stopped working. I can't find any information online and can't return as outside the Amazon return window. Can't seem to contact the seller.
