I’d add after taking and eating a few spoon fulls I’d say a half empty container will become softer faster!

Nice wide opening to put ice cream in. Did a nice job of keeping ice cream, out of a container, frozen for 2 hours. That's all I needed. Put ice cubes in the container prior to putting ice cream in. It worked very well.

Love this thing! If you want ice cream on the go, or want to eat outside w/o melting, it's the Yeti for ice cream!

I bought this so I could bring a pint of homemade ice cream to events. When I tried with the basic white cardboard pint cups (that I purchased from Amazon), the lids do not fit. They were too large and got stuck in the container and it was almost impossible to remove the lids without using a knife to pry them out .Great idea, great quality, and beautiful color. I wish it worked for me, but it may work well for you, if your ice cream brand fits.

These were great to use for high protein ice cream made with the Ninja Creami machine.

For the first time, you can finish a bowl of ice cream without it turning in to a milkshake by the end. It stays cold all the way through. It's quite a different eating experience.

I bought this for home made ice cream to take to my nephew. We live in a very warm climate but this keeps the ice cream nicely frozen.
