Great all around knife
Well built knife and appropriate size. Love that it's not bulky and is a very sturdy general purpose/EDC.Has multiple pocket clip attach points which is nice.Awesome price point too.

Just ok
I’m not super impressed. I’ve seen a lot of rave reviews comparing to the Ontario Rat and rat2.I own those knives. I’m a collector. This has cheap written all over it for me. Hopefully none of my friends or relatives see this review as I’ll probably be gifting this for Christmas. Different strokes for different folks. It’s not terrible, but I’ve seen much higher quality for the money.

High value folder/ Buy this knife!!!
In a stunning black on brown color combination, the Esee Zancudo has a place in any collection or makes an excellent gift. I purchased this knife for gifting for the holidays and after playing around with it I will get one for my own collection.Out of the box the blade snaps out with just enough pressure. The blade arrived sharp and quality control is on point. It is a handsome blade with just the right dimensions for an everyday carry pocket knife. I like how the knife is slim and almost vanishes into the pocket. It is not a perfect knife however. I find the detent to be very strong and some people will not like that it is non adjustable. The pocket clip is also a miss as a deep carry clip would suit this knife better. Last but not least; while the color combo is fantastic the plastic handle looks and feels cheap. For a under $30 knife however all of these things are completely acceptable.I give this knife a solid recommend and would carry it myself on value, function, and style. If this review helped you please give thumbs up!

Nice mid-level EDC knife
I slightly prefer it to the Ontario RAT-II, but it is similar. As a frame lock, it is thinner and the handle is more comfortable. Very good quality for the money, but I've seen other complain about the knives they received, so buyer beware. I love AUS-8 steel, but some may prefer harder stuff, especially for outdoor use. The only thing I don't like is the appearance: it looks "pregnant", but it feels good in the hand as that handle swell fills the palm. A very solid offering in the $30-35 price range.

Not up to par
I made a serious effort to like this knife but couldn’t due to quality control issues. I have bought and returned 4 of these knives and each one had issues. The primary problem is the strong detent. None of the four would deploy by using the thumb stud. Other reviews have stated a strong detent but this is the worst I’ve ever tried. Blade centering was also a problem, as well as a loose blade as lateral movement of the blade was noticeable when deployed. The blade was so loose, it was audible. It’s a shame that this knife was a disappointment as the size is great for everyday carry in urban settings. The value just wasn’t there on this particular model and with knife buyers having so many options and choices, getting a higher quality knife in this price range isn’t difficult. It’s a nice looking knife with decent blade thickness and comes with a good sharp edge, it just didn’t work for me. YMMV.

Better than the Ontario RAT II
This has become my favorite pocket knife. good size for EDC. I prefer over the ontario RAT II...... only issue is that the black will chip off so if you dont use your knife very much the black looks slick. however since i use mine daily, all my new ones are not coated. Great knife. Get a couple you'll love it.

ESEE ZANCUDO
Excellent folder for the money. Came out of the box razor sharp and hasn't disappointed me yet. I've read the other reviews that didn't give it very high marks. My experience has been different. I need a thin, functional pocket knife for cutting open boxes, string, lunch containers, etc., If you're looking for a knife to fend off the zombie apocalypse, buy the ESEE-4

pretty good
I really like this knife but the black coating isn't very good. It comes off pretty easy. Look at the dimensions. It's a bit small. I like the size for light edc use. It's not a real esse just endorsed by them but I knew that when I bought it.
