Quality heavy duty Carrier… Buy it!!!
I really did my research when I was looking to purchase a bike carrier for our class c Rv for 4 e-bikes. Glad my research lead me to purchase this one. It has been a year now and we couldn’t be happier with this bike carrier. It’s heavy duty, and great quality. We really like the locking security features, and the option to remove one rack if we only haul two bikes. Found a YouTube video with assembly directions that were easy to follow. Money well spent… Should be the only one we will ever need.

Very solid, easy to use eBike Rack
It's hard to find eBike racks out there that are strong enough and rated to safely hold two, heavy eBikes, but this one is a great rack. We've been hauling our two fatty eBike mountain bikes around and it does a great job. It's very solidly built, easy to use, fits into our trailer hitch, is easy/intuitive to use and comes with all the straps etc. to secure your valuable bikes. The arms are padded so they can be snugged firmly onto your bike w/o scratching it and together with the wheel straps and extra generic strap they provide your bikes are never going to rattle loose or fall off. It's designed with removable pins so you can fold it up while its on the hitch to reduce it's footprint, and to fold it down (when bikes are off) so you can get into the back tailgate. Perfect rack in all those regards. The only minor marks I can deduct is the locks. Good news is the rack has two sets: each bike arm is lockable to deter people from swiping the bikes off your rack and then there is another lock to deter someone from steeling the rack off your hitch. Given the cost of the rack and bikes, I do worry about both. The locks are locks... but if someone really wants to, and has time, they are not that beefy. It will stop a common thief / theft of opportunity but if someone really wants your stuff and has tools they won't stop a determined, equipped thief. Also, one of the arm locks is finicky and hard to lock when under the load of being snugged onto the bike. Again, so happy there are locks - just don't live in the illusion you are buying Fort Knox. Overall, great rack, very strong, practical and we're glad to own it.

Great heavy-duty rack that holds my two e-bikes securely
Pricey, but a well designed, manufactured and packaged. Beefy, with tight-fitting parts-no slop and no wobble. Ramp makes it easy to load/unload my two large 70 lb e-bikes. Only issue (other than price) is weight. At 80+ lbs you won't want to remove it once installed. Also, if you do remove it from your 2 inch receiver, the holes in the optional dolly are drilled such that when wheeling it about, the rails/ramps are horizontal to the ground...so it won't fit through a doorway. (Hyperax: if a second set of holes were drilled in the dolly perpendicular to those there, the rack could be attached to the dolly so that the rails would be vertical). One last comment: the spacing between the inside rail and receiver (i.e. the car/van) is short (16") requiring twisting the handlebars vis-a-vis the front bike wheel so it doesn't bump/break rear window.

Solid, yet reasonably lightweight
This bike rack will be used on my 2 inch truck receiver as well as my 5th wheel 2 inch receiver. What I didn't realize was that the RV version will not allow one to open the end gate of my truck. Most other bike racks advertise that they do tip away, this one doesn't. Not really a deal breaker, but would have been nice to have that option. One of the reasons I looked at this type of bike rack is that I have fenders on my bike. Generally speaking, fenders interfere with other types of bike racks where the fastening/securing takes place at or on the tire. This rack secures the bike's frame with 'J' straps mounted on to a central vertical 1 inch steel shaft. I like that the fact that you can lock the 'J' hooks in place, but I found them difficult to release once in place (nothing to do with the lock). That may end up being the biggest challenge. The 'J' straps are well padded with a stiff foam rubber and non-marring. The openings for the tires are a bit wide, but they can accommodate other width tires and as such are adequate for my 1.5 inch wide tires. The whole bike rack weighs somewhere near 40+ lbs, but that's very reasonable considering the solid build. The handle allows you to easily carry and store this rack when not in use. On inspection, all parts went together well. The threaded pin that goes into the receiver gets tightened and then locked which takes away play. The same key works on all 3 locks. While still hitched, it does fold up, however; the design doesn't make the length any more compact. How often that will actually be an issue, remains open, but I don't suspect it will. The wrench tools that come with this are actually well made except for the larger of the two allen wrenches, which could have been an inch longer. It's just too short for leveraging. Overall, this is a quality built product and very solid. I'd purchase again, maybe next time just get the one designed for the truck/SUV that can tilt away while hitched.

Great quality product
I bought this for our American fifth wheel as I didn’t want to keep putting our electric bikes in the back of the truck.Although it had to come from the states delivery was very quick.Assembly was easy and straight forward, the quality is very high, and it appears very strong too.We haven’t traveled with it yet but it is ready to go for our next trip

Solid, well made
We've used this to carry bikes for a couple hundred kilometres, and so far it works really well. The assembly video makes it easy to put together. The video also shows how to mount your bikes, which helps ensure you're going it correctly. Putting the bikes on the carrier is pretty quick and easy. The locking capability is nice, you can leave your bikes on the carrier while you run some last minute errands and feel confident the bikes will still be there. It feels solid and well made, should work well on the back of an RV as well as a car.

Heavy duty/Sturdy
This Rack has been great so far! The build instructions were easy to follow. Tools were included to build for those who don’t have their own. Everything feels well mad.The bike while on is far enough from the hatch that I don’t worry about it bumping against the vehicle in travel. The rack did not wobble much with my Maui Fat Hera hooked on!I use a 2021 RAV4 TRD Off-road with a U-Haul installed receiver.
