The EverStretch Bodyweight Workout Poster for Home Gym - with Video Instructions is an excellent addition to my home gym I keep it on the wall behind my bench press for easy access. It is well constructed, of good quality, and is easy to use. Overall - excellent poster.

I love the variety of the different options. There are a lot of examples on it I never would have thought of on my own. The poster is laminated, so it's really durable and you can write on it if you want with a dry erase marker. I track my reps and weekly workouts that way. You can also use double-sided tape or velcro dots to stick it to the wall when needed, and then remove when needed. I keep mine hanging unless I need it closer or on the floor for reference. The illustrations are well-done. Overall, a good poster and worthwhile addition to my workout room.

Great way to get moving and motivated. I enjoyed the workouts and the diagrams for each are easy to see.

I love being able to scan the QR code and getting a demonstration video

I got this and the one for barbells. Together they have a TON of exercises. Without these, I always forget half the exercises, or I do them incorrectly. You also get the QRs that you can scan with your phone and see video of someone doing the exercises. The posters are good quality and easy to read. Very pleased!
