Make that flavor that proteins pop out before adding this leaf. And before you add it, you may want to boil it first. Boil it twice, so first. Boil rent strain, then boil again. Then once you're done, you're gonna need at least 3 to 4 packs of spinach. The spinach also helps the bitterness. And there's a key that you don't know that most people don't know is being a Haitian. We like to let it stay overnight and then serve it the next day because by then it's settled and it's delicious and when?I say stay overnight, I mean in the fridge.Let it form itself.Let the flavor melt into each other and it should take away the bitterness, but it also depends how you cook your meat, which you're gonna add to it.Because that should basically take over the bitterness. Very expensive

My sister was visiting from overseas and excited to make this dish for me. The whole pot was a waste. I tried forcing myself to eat it , went online to see how to try and mask the bitterness. Nothing worked. Waste of time and money.
