Tabletops are hand hammered tabletops. Since they are handmade, each tabletop is unique, with it's own patina and slightly different hammer pattern using small hammerheads for a tight, beautiful pattern. We use high quality, recycled copper, which is lead free, and then achieve gorgeous and durable heat-raised patinas. Each piece is finally examined in the light and hand checked for burrs. Additionally, our tabletops are carefully packaged to insure that the fine style and beauty that leaves our shop is delivered to the customer. Also, each tabletop is outfitted with universal mounting boards over a moisture treated particle-board base board (as in photo) to insure a good fit for your table base. Please see photos. Because these tabletops are hand made and fired with individual pieces of copper, each one will be unique and will be somewhat different from the photo. Care and maintenance is easy: wipe down with a moist, soapy dish towel after food has been used. Never use abrasive cleaners. This simple maintenance will lead to years of beauty and utility.
