I do massage, work on hands, joints. The little cut out in the middle fits nicely around fingers, around bones. Very versatile. Comes with a cute little pouch. Can also use as a guasha tool. My clients have purchased this, because they appreciate how they feel after using it.

I've been massaging knots with my fingers and they're quite dense. It also tires my fingers out pretty quickly. This makes it so much easier and I'm able to use much more targeted force with harder and more narrow of an object than my fingers. Which equates to much better ability to break up knots. And it's a great price!

If you have used portable massage tools, then you will be pleased to pack one of these with you. Weather you are a professional or just trying to get to that little spot, these can be sterilized and are hollow so you don't notice them in your pocket. Sweet little muscle Jiggs.

This is not solid steel. It seems to be hollow inside. Also, the size and shape do not conform to the face very well. There are much better out there. I’d keep looking if on the fence.
