Extremely disappointed with this purchase. When I opened the pack and started using the besan, I noticed a gritty texture that turned out to be sand or some kind of stone/dust mixed into the flour. This is a serious quality control failure — besan is a staple ingredient used directly in cooking, and finding foreign particles like this is unacceptable and honestly concerning from a food safety standpoint. I had to sieve the entire pack before I could even consider using it, and even after that I wasn't comfortable using it for my family. Wasted money and wasted time.
