Recommended: Bought this a few times now, not flavoured unlike others on the market but tastes perfectly fine in just water all the same. Wife prefers it in a drop of soy milk. Mixes easily without lumps, we use a mini whisk although a spoon works too.

Used for a months and you can see the difference in the mirror your skin looks healthy you feel less Lethargic gives you more energy literally does what it says , cleans the toxins out I’d recommend mixing with a protein shake or a pure Orange drink , taste better
