The media could not be loaded. My mum bought me these and they are amazing. It took me 30 mins to realise I was doing the wrong setup but once I knew took around 1 min to connect and work. The timer is handy for when the lights need to be on in the afternoon while out for the dog ! Will be ordering more 🙌🏻

Very good
Product arrived quickly. Instructions quite simple. My problem was after downloading the eFamily app, the plug would not connect, tried and tried on my very latest apple phone. Gave up and tried on my very old iPad. It worked first go. My advice is, trust the instructions and go for it, but not on the latest model iPhone. I now have Christmas lights that I can control with Alexa, and turn them off with my voice instead of forgetting every night.

Brilliant plugs, well worth it
Set up is a little bit of a pain. But after that it’s totally smooth sailing & an excellent way to make life easy.
