Like most things ordered on line, I expected this item to be smaller than pictured. It is not. I am sure the dimensions are correct. I didn't expect it to fit over my sink, as I have cabinets there. It does fit next to the sink but wow, it takes up more space than expected. I don't hate it. I am not sure it works in the space I want to use it. All the parts are there, it went together easily and it looks great like the pictures. If it doesn't work in the kitchen, I will use it somewhere else. Its a quality item.

Would buy again. Can stack so much on it. Glad I bought it. So many types in market so was a hard decision but very happy with purchase. Sturdy, size works great, adjustable, ease of use. Water drain no problem.

I’ve been wanting an over the sink dish drying rack for a while now, so when this SNSLXH 2 tier dish rack was on sale and it had good reviews I jumped on it. After using it for several days I have the following thoughts:Pros: 1) Very easy to assemble. 2) Looks great and frees up tons of counter space. I don’t have a dishwasher so everything is hand washed and this drainer lets everything dry very quickly while all the water drips neatly back into the sink. 3) Fits over my sink perfectly. 4) Suction cups on the feet hold it securely in place. 5) Nice large cutlery holder which can be made to have even more space if you remove the knife holder insert. 6) The knife holder insert works great with one exception that is covered under cons. There are slots for regular size knives and additional slots for your larger width knives. 7) The price was very good. (8) The cutlery holder and the hooks are plastic. Although some may feel they would prefer metal, I feel plastic is a good thing as it ensures they won’t rust and it makes the whole thing less heavy.Cons: 1) My biggest con is that the baskets need more support. They simply hook over the back frame, which is nice for versatility, but if you put several plates or bowls on either large rack, the rack tends to sag a bit in the front, even with my lightweight Corelle plates. 2) Although one basket has slots specifically designed to hold plates upright, the second large basket is flat on the bottom so bowls have to be laid flat or leaning against each other. My preference would have been to have both baskets designed like the plate holder basket as I tend to use several small bowls every day and they would dry faster if separated and held in place with a bowl or plate rack. 3) The knife holder insert just sits loosely inside the top portion of the cutlery holder and frequently pops out if there are no knives holding it in place. 4). The cup holder and utensil holder will only attach to the sides of the baskets, which I feel increases the sagging mentioned above. The “hooks” on them are too small to attach to the main frame. I understand that the manufacturer had to make them one way or another since the main frame is much thicker than the basket frames so I did not deduct any points for this, however, in my case, I would have liked to hook the cutlery holder onto the bottom tier of the frame.All in all, even with the few cons I mentioned, I am still very pleased with my purchase, would buy again and would recommend to a friend. If the baskets were better supported and both large baskets had slots for plates and bowls this would easily be a 5 star rating for me.

I absolutely love this thing. I’ve had it for a few months now. Very practical. Holds all my dishes. It’s sturdy. Has not cracked or faded the paint. Easy to out together.

I *really* hate putting things together and honestly this wasn’t bad at all. Instructions were clear, and pieces were organized well. Took me 10-15 minutes and that’s with a toddler crawling all over me. It is quite sturdy, and it cleared up a nice chunk of counter space for me so overall this is a good buy!

I absolutely Love this thing! My teenagers do the dishes most days in our home, that being said they needed this to help dry dishes and not have to towel dry (they hated it and I secretly wanted this for myself lol) it holds all dinner dishes from every night for a family of 4, including pans etcWe no longer have wet counters it drips right into the sink and even has cup racks to save room in the main areas for bowls and plates. It's sturdy and looks sleek**MEASURE YOUR SINK**Please measure and make sure it fits because my in laws sink is a bit wider than mine and it didn't work for theirs.For us tho 10/10 and we've had it over 2 months

Thing is smaller than it looks in the picture. Suction cup bottoms do not work at all. It moves very easily. For metal it’s very flimsy, the middle pieces where you screw the two sides together is very weak.
