I have very sensitive eyes and this is brilliant at removing your eye make up with no residue and most importantly no irritation

I do like this, especially the press down pump deliver which is simple and hygienic, and I think biphase EMUR is often the best at removing mascara, but you do have to pick up the jar and shake it EVERY TIME which is a faff, and why I've gone back to single phase products. Otherwise its hard to avoid getting only "one phase" each dose.

Love the product, HATE the ridiculous dispenser, messy, awkward and pointless! Replace container and I'd certainly buy again but not as is!!

The Undo Eye Makeup Remover by ‘The Hero Project’ is an eye make-up removing cream which also soothes, hydrates and conditions your eyes lashes and the skin around your eyes.The makeup remover comes in a very handy pump dispenser bottle which allows the correct amount to be dispensed onto cotton pads.Before application the bottle needs to be shaken quite vigorously to ensure that the conditioning cream and removal fluid are mixed together.When being applied you’ll notice that it has quite an oily consistency to it. It does sweep away stubborn eye-makeup quickly and evenly without any need for rubbing. However my wife did feel it left the eye area feeling ever-so-greasy afterwards.It’s definitely good for if you wear quite heavy eye makeup, as it does a very effective job at removal. However, if you don’t generally wear much makeup, then it may not be quite the consistency that you want.But all in all, it does exactly what it says it does – it removes heavy eye makeup, even if it’s waterproof, fast, effectively and evenly.

Really like this. I’ve used it for quite a few months every day, and there’s still about two weeks worth left. I like the dispenser I found it fiddly the first couple of days but soon got used to it and it saves mess and waste. I wear very long wear mascara and this is the best remover I have used. My eyes are sensitive and this doesn’t irritate like some more expensive ones. Cheaper ones just don’t work or are very oily which I hate. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately this product was quite difficult to use due to the bad design of the dispenser (messy to use). Once applied it was okay but let down due to packaging.- Removed all eye makeup (although not tested with waterproof mascara)- Gentle on the skin around the eye area- Leaves eyes feeling hydrated.

I like the product, its effective at removing eye make up although I do need to wipe over the eyes several times, I just find the process of using it a bit of a faff - after shaking the bottle you have to press the top to dispense the cleaner. The pump dispenser is not that good and the liquid doesn't come out neatly. It does leave the skin feeling slightly greasy after use but I rinsed the residue off and it was fine. I think its expensive for what it is, there are cheaper products which are just as effective and in all honesty I don't think I would pay £16 for it particularly for this design of container.
