Good Quality
This appears to be a good piece of kit. However, due to installation of a new Sony tv which has no outlets at the back, was unable to use the headphones. Had really been looking forward to using the Simolio, hoping it was the answer to poor vocabulary in productions alongside crashing music over the top of explanations in whatever tv genre is shown. My search continues.

Easy set up
The “slider” volume control is a bit finicky as it only has a short movement otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The sound quality is very good it’s easy to hear the spoken dialogue without the background music drowning it out. Set up was very easy, I opted for the 3.5 jack cable over the recommended digital fibre optic as it allows me to control the sound with the tv remote. I had Bluetooth earphones in the past but think these are superior.

Perfect companions to those who are hard of hearing
First of all, these headphones are specifically designed for people who are hard of hearing. The idea is that these headphones provide them with a clearer sound whilst at the same time being comfortable and easy to remove when they need to talk or get up and do other things.Design-wise, you have a little neckband that is weighted at the front to rest against your upper-shoulders and then a rubber band that does around your neck. Together, these two design elements mean that the headphones can rest around your shoulders in a way that they are always easy to reach and then remove when you're walking around. Even when you remove the earbuds, you can leave them around your neck and this means you're not constantly having to take this device on and off if you're watching television and also doing chores throughout the day. It's a great design and the main distinction between these styles of headphones and standard types. The most important thing is that there are lots of connection types that mean most UK televisions are compatible. You may want to get someone with understanding of audio connection-types, but using the instructions and comparing the descriptions to the ports on your television you should be able to work this out, even if you are not particularly techy. One thing to keep in mind is that these headphones are an alternative to Bluetooth headphones and designed to take away possible lag, pairing and transmissions problems - so this type of connection is not available.Sound quality once connected is very good, it's stable and there is no delay at all. There's a very long range to the headphones and everything is very clear. There's even the ability to 'balance' the audio, so if you have harder hearing in one ear compared to the other you can use a switch to adjust this and make the audio seem more balanced to you.The battery lasts around 5 hours, but you do get a spare battery and so you can always be using one and charging one - so you don't need to worry about it running out.Overall, this is a really good advice for those who are hard of hearing.

Decent quality and very, very useful
It's well-made, and In the box, you get various connection cables ( RCA, AUX and Optical), so these gadgets are available for most TVs. If your TV has an optical connection, I suggest you use provided optical cable since it offers excellent audio quality all the time. The main unit is a transmitter that needs to connect to the TV, and it has an inbuilt battery compartment/charging base that charges the spare battery. On top, it has two charging terminals to charge your headsets when not in use. It's easy to set up, connect the transmitter to the TV, connect the USB-C power cable, and It's up and running immediately; no need for a Bluetooth connection.I like that I can keep the TV volume and simultaneously hear on my headset too, which is handy as my dad doesn't like to wear headphones and can listen straight from the TV. I also like that you can individually adjust the volume for each headset. The headsets are very lightweight; they have rubbery material, which is soft and comfortable around the back of the neck. The battery lasts me a long, and that's essential for me. The sound quality is also fantastic; I haven't noticed any humming like other headsets with transmitters.Overall, I have nothing wrong to say about this, as it's an excellent design, has outstanding quality, looks great, and is straightforward to install and use.I hope this review helps you to make a purchasing decision.

Ear plugs could be better quality.
Very disappointed with the ear plug ends, my husband scraped the inside of his ear when trying to get them inserted in his ear. Sound and controls are top notch ,
