Your engineers failed on the release mechanism. It is very difficult to release from mount. Not sure if it's worth purchasing because of that. It causes the parts to break getting it to release. Please fix the issue with releasing camera from the mount and maybe I'll consider purchasing another oneThe camera works well though

I switched to this hoping this would be better than my regular Google Nest Doorbell Mount, I was wrong.. Although the only reason I give this 2 stars is because I can freely move the mount when I want, except there's nothing keeping it where you want it to stay so it will move if someone pushes it! The main reason why this doesn't work is because there's not enough room for the mount to let you slide the doorbell onto it inside, making the top of my doorbell not staying on, I ened up using a black zip tie to keep my doorbell from falling out! Not very practical, oh yeah they also don't tell you how you even mount it!! You have to provide your own screws long enough to go inside from the top and bottom, the pictures are very decieving as there's not 4 screws in the back of this mount!!
