Very easy to use... Instructions not necessary. Comes with changeable pin plug from 3 pin to 2 pin, a lovely travel storage case (great for me as I visit our caravan regularly)I have a Baha hearing device and it was periodically making a buzzing sound when I spoke, I googled what could cause this and found that moisture build up can cause noise interference.I've only used the drying unit at night while I don't wear the baha and no more buzzing... Very pleased so far!

Keep your hearing aids clean and in tip top condition
Put my hearing aids into it overnight to keep them clean, dry and hygeinic. Does what it says on the tin

Works but…
After using it for a year:1. The paint came off the button just like the warning someone gave here already:2. Huge drawback: no place to put the batteries! So every night I operate the machine carefully needing to put the batteries away, instead of having a groove on the machine to safely keep the batteries while the earpieces are being treated.Otherwise it’s a good product.
