Ease Your Stress With A Moon Milk Bath
I work all the time and decided to treat myself to something new that will also double as self-care. I love my candles and other aromatherapy aid so I decided to give the Moon Milk Bath a try, and I am glad I did. I have used this over several evenings now after stressful workdays and it helped me to calm my mind and soothe the tension in my muscles. While I mainly used this as part of my pampering routine for stress relief, I notice that it has had a nice effect on my skin. My skin is not rough to start with, but like most people who work in the tech field, hands, wrists, and elbows can get a little scaly at times. After using this bath milk a lot of those rough areas are softer than ever before. If you are really looking for a great night’s sleep, pair this bath with a nice music track and some of the Melatonin roll-on from the same brand. (I have a few of their essential oils and the Melatonin is a MUST-have item for me!). I like the minimal packaging, just make sure to keep it out of reach of little hands since there is no child lock on the top.
