Very good product
Put a cloth between otherwise it's too cold. Don't leave too long in freezer as it will get hard and not to easy to apply on a sensitive wound.Heavy so it will fall off if you walk with it. Better to use when you rest.The 3 parts adapt well to the body. The cold stays long. Value for money.

The gel is not anti-freeze
The gel is not anti-freeze. After putting it in freezer, it becomes rock hard which can not be used to wrap around arm or shoulder. Don't buy.

Review is for Rahat and not Star Saif which I ordered
Quality is good. Did both things with it, hot(in microwave for about 1 minute) & cold (in refrigerator for about an hour or more). Working fine. I feel product price is reasonable.

It’s worth it useful if you need relief from constant muscle pain
I ordered this ice pack and another one from a different brand. This ice pack is really good, the coolness lasts really long compared to the one I bought from a different brand . You can use this any where you want and it is has the Velcro to fasten it. And thank you for the freebie ice pack that was sent with the purchase. Took my time to review it as I wanted to use it before writing a review.

Cheaper build/material quality leading to leakages in a couple of weeks EVEN when handled with Care!
The stitching/material quality - is of poor quality that had allowed the bag to leak the gel like material from several places just in a couple of weeks usage - should have gotten a better the first time around but didn't know this wasn't good. Also de freezes quite quickly - bad temp retention. The integrity of the bag needs to be cemented strong enough to handle nominal pressure at times - not always - hence why I blame the cheaper build/material quality.Disappointed.
