Hours of fun - genuinely!
Brilliant game. Be prepared for scenarios to come up that aren't easily explained by the rules booklet and you will need to watch the videos one the website as well. We used these in our first couple of go's and they were very useful. Loads of fun - we played on repeat during Storm Amy! Pros: a different game each time you play and loads of mind games. Cons: Cloth board is a bit of a nuisance and the rules don't explain everything. TLDR: don't play with your partner if you've just had an argument...

Great game
Mantis Falls is a great game for anyone who loves strategy. My girlfriend and I can’t get enough of thinking games and this one shot to the top of our list. However, I will say it Mantis Falls had one of the hardest learning curves when we first played. Maybe it was just us but any video we watched seemed to confuse us more. But with a little more insight and some learning it was easy once we caught on. Highly recommend

Wonderful & Unique Social Deduction & Strategy Game
We played Mantis Falls at a friend's house for the first time over the holidays and it was a lot of fun. It's a hidden traitor game for 2 to 3 players. I didn't think it would be possible at first but it really works. Every action matters and you're second guessing everyone the entire game. Rules are targeted towards medium-weight gamers so if your group only plays more casual games, it may feel daunting at first, but once you get it going it's actually pretty intuitive and very satisfying. Loved it enough that we purchased our own copy and played it the day it came in the mail. Lots of tension and interesting decisions. We consider it one of the more unique games we've played. Would recommend to others who enjoy unique strategy and social deduction, and especially for gamers wanting those for a small group. Production and art is also very nice, with cloth bags and playmat, unique wooden pieces, nice box interior art, etc. Recommendations for playing with the Twin Peaks soundtrack (or their own original soundtrack that they provide) won us over, too.

Great game!
Love this game and glad to pass it along as a gift. Best 2 player social deduction game I have played. It gets better the more you play since you know more about the game, and there are more options to deduce or deceive your companion or foe.

Very nice quality, fun 3-player game.
Beautiful game. Amazing price point for the extras you get. Love that they care enough about it themselves to include card sleeves. The cloth playmat is great. It's like I purchased this game, and a quality of life add-on pack....but they all come with it. The game itself is fun, for when one of our friends can't come to game night and it's just 3 of us...we break this one out. Fairly easy to learn how to play. One person is possibly a secret assassin and has to play the other 2, toe the line between being helpful to not draw suspicion, and also, you need them to help you survive to the end...but then you have to kill one of them to win...OR, none of you is the assassin, although unless you outright say that, which defeats the purpose of the game, no one truly knows it, it's then fully co-op to all survive to the end...this is probably confusing to someone who hasn't played it. Just buy the game. It's fun. Lol

Overly complex gameplay
Mantis Falls is extremely hard to understand and I'm not entirely convinced it's worth the effort to learn. It has a 45 MINUTE how to play tutorial video that we had to watch twice to even remotely understand what we were doing. I've played this a few times to try and get my money's worth out of buying it, but it's practically impossible for anyone to win which removes a lot of joy from playing. This game would be so much fun if it wasnt so convoluted.
