Beatiful device, but the 259mA USB !
Free starting application Analog Lab IntroIt has some beautiful sounds, but there are about 30% listed and not findable = badly packaged software.i.e.application cannot find .waw files!Quality of sound is excellent.I connected a USB Yamaha small keyboard fine.If keyboard does not work or you get a overload warning, just use a usb Mains powered Hub in between with older and Power hungry keyboard.Ableton lite, not tried yetInstalled in Cakewalk by BandlabNoteIt is silly to have a USB that cannot supply more than 250mA - USB 2 is 500mA standard and USB 3 900mA standard and 2.4A boosted in any computer.to be continued...

Two Minutes to Get Working, Sound Quality Okay
Looks lovely and works right out of the box. I guess A/D conversion is generally done at 192kHz these days. I would prefer higher - Deezer streams at 320kHz for example. It would have been really nice if they included 2 patch and 2 midi cables, even if they were cheapie ones. I didn't have any handy so had to order those.Other than that I had it up and running in less than 2 minutes. I've plugged an old synth in and am recording straight into Mixcraft. It was nice to have something work so easily after all the faffing: I'd tried to do with cheap midi-usb adapters and trying to plug directly into the 3.5mm mic jack of my computer none of which worked and cost me day or two of faffing.Very happy customer.

Easily the best card Ive ever bought
Ive owned a lot of external sound cards and make music. Ive had cards from Native Instruments, Behringer, and many others. This card is easily the best and cleanest card Ive ever had. The mic amps are extremely clear. Ive matched it with the Mackie Element Mic and finally I have a set up I can use for Zoom/Teams and Ableton and it all just works and is really loud and clear. Most other cards you need to set the mic boost to 75% just to make the mic audible enough to be heard. On this card and the Element Mic, I get a beautiful clean sound and the boost is only ever at 40% which leaves loads of headroom if needed. The volume is really loud and Im on less than 15-20% most of the time. Its so refreshing. This card is hard to fault.

Perfect for interfacing your instruments with mac or ipad
If youre considering the minifuse2 just buy this one instead. It has more features and it’s a quality interface.

Well made but noisy
The Arturia Minifuse feels very well made but suffered with more background noise than the Universal Audio Volt interface I had previously tried. The Minifuse also had some latency issues when used with an iPad that caused a slight delay with the sound coming through headphones.

Top Quality
Top Quality and build like a tank. Would easily choose this over focusrite etc.

Great audio interface - but not quite plug & play
Really pleased with this Minifuse 2 after using a M -Audio Air for a couple of years.Read on a couple of reviews some ‘moans’; be nice to see the white unit come with a white lead… mine came with a quality white braided cable, very nice. A reviewer was disappointed the unit didn’t have a on/off switch, I don’t see any need, it auto powers on and off nicely. My only gripe is it isn’t just plug & play, needs to be registered with Arturia, and you need to grab software and drivers too, set-up was simple once I understood this. This comes with a 5 Year Manufacturers Warranty which says a lot these days! The supplier and Royal Mail got the unit to me next day too, 3 days sooner than expected ;)

Sound!!!
Great little unit! Bought as a stepping stone until my funds build. So far I'm really pleased with the quality. But, I did have a problem with Mic leads getting stuck in the unit, they just wouldn't come out. Contacted Arturia and they stated in not so many words I was using inferior leads, I assured them I wasn't! If you have this problem, twist the lead connection clockwise/anti-clockwise and pull firmly. Arturia also wanted me to let them know the make of my leads to add to the list of problematic ones. So don't scrimp on your leads folks!
