Lovely!
It's like THICK lemon curd in a small pack. The first time I tried one I squeezed and nothing came out... I thought I'd torn it in the wrong place. You have to really squeeze to get it out which is a good thing as it doesn't then run down your arm and get everywhere. The bad thing is you need to drink with it but it's also fun "chewing" on something (in between gasping for air - it is for racing with after all).

Not very tasty
Can't swallow them without gagging. HORRIBLE flavour! They keep me going on my long runs but I have to try hard to get them in my mouth!!!
