one of our favorites!
Had a chance to review the "spaghetti" version through the Vine Program and we enjoyed that one so much, we decided to give the elbows a try. My choice did not disappoint. Cooked in about 10 minutes. We time it and taste it along the way. Not firm, not mushy, texture is perfect. Flavor is not strong. Very, VERY close to wheat pasta. We have been keto / paleo for 4+ years and this is one of the best we have tried. We do not eat legumes often, but this is worth it. As leftovers, it does not get mushy overnight and reheats well. We tried it in mac and chz. Added organic broccoli and some Simply Mills Almond Flour crackers on top as crumbleys. It totally met our expectations. Plan on making macaroni salad next. No complaints or regrets.PS: Made some basic mac & cheese with powdered cheddar cheese, butter, and organic whole milk, brought it when I visited my daughter and granddaughter and I am pleased to say it was toddler approved. She ate all I brought and wished there was more.

Yellow pea pasta
My husband and I love pasta, but as we age we need to be more health conscious.I came across this yellow pea pasta and decided to give it a try, with the intent of mixing it with regular pasta to hide the fact it's healthy. I thought it would be like other healthy pastas and not taste good, boy was I wrong, this is delicious and I can't tell the difference between this yellow pea pasta and my regular pasta! My picky husband also had no idea he was eating a plate full of yellow pea pasta. His only comment was, "wow, this is good, what did you do differently?" He was happily surprised it was pasta made from yellow peas, he said if I didn't tell him he wouldn't have known it was a different pasta than our usual. This was so good, we also bought the spaghetti yellow pea pasta and it's just as delicious! If you love pasta like we do, and want to make small changes to your diet to be more healthy, then this pasta is a great start! You won't be able to tell the difference!I booked the water, then added the pasta and started to check it at 7 minutes, it was still a bit hard, but at the 8 minute mark it was perfect! So I suggest you keep an eye out and check it for your desired taste.

Great Gluten-free Macaroni
Easy dump and go Instant Pot recipe: 2 cups Zenga macaroni, 1.5 cups water, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cans of tuna without the juices, and 1 can Cream of mushrooms. Hit the rice setting and cook. Quick steam release when done. Easiest and tasty tuna casserole-esque meal. The noodles are great!

High Protein
Good but sometimes turns to mush and falls apart when cooking.

Pretty good
We are trying to change our household diet due to a recent cancer diagnosis. These noodles taste great, but we found we had to cook them slightly longer than recommended. We would definitely buy again.

Best noodles
These are the best GF noodles I’ve found to date. The texture always turns out great.

Mushy - Don't waste your money.
I've been buying gluten free pasta for years, and this was awful. What was a waste of money.8-10 minutes turned this gluten free pasta to mush. And the smell was even worse. It all went in the garbage.

Tasty gluten free
Gluten free product that holds up well in several pasta dishes! Finally a GF pasta product that I really look forward to eating as I don’t like the rice flour ones! A little expensive though!!
