Great product. Great ‘Old School’ doorbell - but with extra features. Works well over long range. Portable - can take it into back garden and still know there is a visitor. Great range of sounds and volume control Great range of colours for flashing light. Great to be able to mute and have flashing light. Solidly made. Great to be able to add another doorbell and set it to a separate tune - brilliant. Also able to add security monitors too - again separate sounds. Great value

Had to replace my old mains electric doorbell when it finally gave up so after researching I chose this Honeywell one. The design of both the doorbell and chime box ensures that they both illuminate when activated, the doorbell in red and the chime box (flashing) in blue. (There may be a choice of colours). A menu of different chime sounds and peels are available (which sound a little mechanical) and the volume is loud and clear. Both the doorbell and chime box run on batteries (not supplied) and the option to screw them in place in order to secure them is available as these supplies are included. The chime box is also freestanding, allowing it to be moved for personal convenience. I recommend this Honeywell doorbell as I am very pleased with the result and the Westminster chime is lovely!

Good door bail and loud enough for every room in round of the house but sometime the door button can get stuck and ball will kept go off all the time!

Really easy to set up with C cell batteries and the cr32 for the button is included in the box. Volume can be set very high and flashing lights which is great for hard of hearing people

I bought this unit 6 months ago. It was easy to install and worked fine throughout the summer. A couple of weeks ago, the doorbell failed to active the chimes. I took it off the door and bought it inside. The following day I tested it, and it worked again. Conclusion: rain had got in and caused the problem. It's going to be useless throughout the winter! It isn't waterproof.

We liked the idea of having an doorbell system that was portable, and this item was a good choice. Aesthetically the clean & modern look is very pleasing, and it provides good functionality. However, the instructions are terrible and it took a bit of head-scratching to get it set up. Overall, nice item and would have given it 4 stars if the instructions were better.

I am a double hearing aid user and found this doorbell not much use. The max volume is 90db but I could not hear it unless in the same room. The 'chimes' and tunes do not play for long enough to get your attention.There is also a lag between pressing the bell and the chimes starting,the postman can be halfway down the road before I get to the door! The instructions that came with it were next to useless and ended up trawling the Internet to find out how to use it. Given this is recommended for the deaf and hard of hearing I was very disappointed. Having lived with this doorbell for a while I have now upped the stars to 5! New hearing aids mean that the sound is now just right!

Po kilku bezprzewodowych dzwonkach z Dalekiego Kraju ten w końcu dobrze działa. Solidny zasięg i nie ma fałszywych sygnałów.

Bei dem Preis-75€- keine Batterien enthalten. Und bei dem Preis erwarte ich eine ausführliche Bedienungsanleitung, und das in lesbarer Form. Ich kenne Honeywell Produkte aus meiner Zeit in der Industrie ..... Das hier ist unterirdisch schlecht ! Und das bedeutet: Nie wieder Honeywell !
