Item came boxed nicely with all the necessary parts. There was no smell upon opening.Instructions were clear. We had difficulty with the drive rod, however. The rod is a hexagonal shape. To get it into one leg and line up with the other leg, you may have to turn the rod clockwise a bit. Be aware that this changes the height of the leg. We had ours completely installed and realized it wasn't level.Depending on preference, you can install the controller on either side of the desk. There are adhesive cord holders to keep the cords out of the way.The table does raise the full 47". It moves very smoothly, and the motor is quiet. You have the ability to set several different preferred heights. The wood is a laminate board, so it can be easily scratched and damaged.This looks great in my daughter's room. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I really wanted to get a desk that would allow me to sit down and stand up throughout the day. This desk is exactly what I was looking for for a fraction of the price compared to the other ones you see on the market. This was relatively affordable and works perfectly. I have my monitor my laptop I throw weights on it and can pretty much hold. Everything is very sturdy so far I’ve been using it for a few months (since february) and I love it. The one I bought is 48 x 24 and it’s the perfect size for my small living room. Overall this was a great buy and I’m very happy with my purchase.

The desk came in pretty quick, and all the assembly was pretty straight forward. If you are doing the assembly by yourself, take your time as it’s quite heavy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the tabletop is two separates’ pieces instead of just one like other similar desk. Above all I am satisfied with the purchase and even more with the price.

I absolutely love this desk? It’s really nice the only issue is that it wobbles and that’s most likely my fault as I’m a 5’4 medium frame woman and I put it together by myself. I’m going to call the customer support number and see what I should do to tighten it up I hope I don’t have to take it apart and put it back together again. Either way it will be worth it because this desk is the bomb! Period! I recommend!

Easy assembly, it took me about 45 mins. Great desk!!!

I don’t know how this product was so highly rated or maybe I was sent the wrong model but the table top does not have a glossy finish like the pictures. It’s also off white, more cream in color. Cable hole covers are black, not gray. And worst of all, the table top is 2 pieces which is not very strong or stable if you want to attach a monitor mount.

This desk is sturdier than I expected, had excellent instructions on how to put it together. And solved my neck problem from sitting at my previous desk. And the motor is super quiet. I haven’t figured out what to use the hooks for bc I’m not a gamer. But I still love the desk. I got the 48” bc my room is small, but it still has room for two monitors.

The instructions weren’t too confusing. Easy set up…some parts say have an extra person on hand but I did it all alone and works well.
