Easy to use and it works well
I found that when setting the output to 15v and measuring across the terminals with a multimeter it was out by a small amount of around 0.06V, which isn't too bad.I like that I can fine tune the volt and current output but pushing the respective dial in. I can adjust the value by 0.01 or 0.1 or 1 or 10 with each turn of the dial. It's very easy to use and the screen is nice and bright so it's easy to read.I also like that I can change the system settings by holding in the output button for 5 seconds to access the menu, which allows me to adjust screen brightness, turning the buzzer on or off and a few other settings.Overall it feels and looks well made, it works well and it's great for testing motors or powering circuits to test so I am happy with it.

PC software control simply doesn't work - at least not on my 2018 desktop running windows 11
the manual said to download the software from wanptek website. The version 2 software on that website apparently doesn't work with this PSU, so i contacted the seller over amazon messenger, who responded quickly. They said they would get an older v1 software for me and wanptek put up this older version for me to download from their website. The older version was in chinese language with no english button so i had to contact support again to find out how to switch to english. (right click on the app, but not near any buttons give you a language menu)This old version also doesn't work so i am returning this PSU for refund and will try another brand of PSU that has working PC control.i tried different CH340 USB-COM drivers, and different USB ports, but nothing worked.Support was helpful, but the PC control software doesn't appear to work, at least on a fairly modern PC (>2018) running windows 11.

I like it
Great size for a bench that has lots of equipment.only thing I don't like is the leads.

Good quality, precise power supply.
Very good quality power supply, seems to be very precise. You can test how much products are using power wise and it also has a USB output for charging devices. Clear led display and wires seem off a good thickness and durability. It's easy to use, you dial in the voltage by twisting the knob and if you push it in it will move down a decimal. It has a button to turn on the output once you have got it set. You can set preset voltages on it also. All round it seems to be a good power supply for the price. Can't fault it.

Not sure
I've not been able to properly test this out hence the 3 star rating.Looks pretty good but until I've tried it can't comment.

Well made, sturdy and easy to use
Very simple to set up and use. The pushbuttons on the front panel are easy to preprogramme with your more frequently used settings - one of mine is set to 12v 1A for toy repairs (I have three grandsons with Hornby and Scalextric sets).I use the device in simple microelectronics, computing and automotive repair situations and it has not let me down. I doubt it delivers a laboratory certified output, but it works fine for me. I have not yet tried the USB interface.

No Software,, no support, no links to required software in a badly translated manual!
OK, lets this done!1. I am keeping it , but it is badly miss advertised, so beware!2. As a PSU it's great, memory functions work well. (that's why I will keep it).3. Advertised as USB controlled, yet no software supplied.4. Nothing in the manual (and I have read it- many times) as to where the controller software can be downloaded.5. Contacted he support Email, 5 days no reply!6. No commercial website NANKDF.OK not happy will stay away from this brand, but it warks well ( aside from the USB control issue). Just BEWARE!Rob

Fantastic little high-power adjustable bench PSU
This is a fantastic little high-power adjustable bench PSU. It is fully adjustable and rated up to 30V/10A.There is an independent 5V/18W USB connector supporting fast-charge and is contact live so works even when the adjustable output power is not active, which is a nice feature so you can power up a standard 5V device as well as having the variable output powering your circuit, etc.On the device that arrived, the output jacks don't have wire holes though the terminal posts, but it does come with a cable with space terminals on one end and crocodile clips on the other for simple hook up, or you can attach something better as needed by your setup. The controls are really easy to work with. As you press the dial knob, it cycles through flashing the individual digit on the display and then turning the knob will adjust the value by that multiplier, so you can quickly get fine-grained adjustments. The unit is reasonably small and light but sturdy enough to be stable as you adjust. There is a small cooling fan on the back, which I presume will kick in when pushing the load high enough to need it. This hasn't needed to kick in yet for the work I'm doing with it so it's effectively silent. The QR code for downloading the software takes you to a Chinese manufacturer, Wanptek, where you can download the manuals and the PC software. This has probably got to be the greatest feature of this power supply, as this software should allow you to totally control the PSU from a computer. I say 'should', as so far I cannot get the software to communicate with the PSU correctly. The CH431 communication chip is detected and recognised, however, the detection process when scanning doesn't pick up anything. I've tried manually setting the devices ID - which supports 32 devices in the software, and the serial port baud rate manually by going through the -hold OUTPU for 5 seconds- setup process, but there is no data being received from the PSU.This is a feature that I really want so I need to investigate this further and will update when I find a resolution.
