Bought this product for my peripheral neuropathy which I have very badly, and my aching and pain and numbness has been greatly reduced and I still have 20 tablets left, it is also helping my brain in some way as well, so double bonus. I will see how I am after I have finished the whole container as I might buy some more!e2a: Still working for me, the numbness and pain has reduce to "almost not noticeable", used last tablet yesterday, will see how I go.

I have purchased this many times. Recently the label has changed to All Thiamine. One closer inspection the product itself has also changed. The product is now Thiamine (water soluble B1) not Allithiamine (lipid soluble B1). A significantly cheaper product, with less efficient absorption. Clearly with a sneaky label change and failing to update their amazon profile they are hoping no one will notice!

I bought this a decade ago, it was incredible for relaxation and it was very pungent, very strong garlic smell. Now they hardly smell and have minimal effect.

Very disappointed to find these are in a gelatine capsule which they fail to mention in the ingredients list, if they had I wouldn’t have bought them.Not suitable for vegetarians & gelatine isn’t really something you want in a healthy diet.

Great, best form of B1 available - don't take synthetics such as benfotiamine. This is a completely natural extract so exactly what your body needs. Since taking this regularly the mosquitoes stay away from me on holidays. B1 is also important for energy, beauty and mental function.

The bottle says Allithiamine and confirms naturally occurring in garlic. However, ingredients states TTFD which is a synthetic thiamine related to Allithiamine.If you’re buying you will need to clarify with the manufacturer. But it’s a bit off that they have conflated the natural and synthetic forms here. They should no better.They are NOT the same, they have different chemical formulae and thus different molar masses.
