Screw and rawl plug into the wall through hole in back plate which is thsn covered by chrome plate and towel ring. Easy.

Yes, you're right. It only takes a few minutes to mount the holder on the wall.

Q: Is the ring itself rigid or does it swing out? Also what are the measurements of the rectangle which fixes to the wall as it needs to cover holes!

The ring swings forwards and backwards only and the rectangle measures 50x50mm. Hope this helps.
