I love these. I have a deviated septum and put these on before I go to sleep and it definitely helps me breathe and sleep better. I will say it is annoying to wipe off my night cream and stuff on my nose before applying, your skin has to be entirely clean and dry before applying the strip or it absolutely will not stick. It is now my nighttime essential

As someone prone to congestion, I decided to try these adhesive nose strips to help open my nasal passages. After using them for the past few weeks, here is my thorough review:Pros:- Strong adhesive allows the strips to stay on for many hours- Opens nasal passages very effectively, even better than expected- Easy to remove after softening adhesive with hot water- Affordable cost for the amount of strips per boxCons:- Does leave a bit of sticky residue behind on skin- Can feel slightly painful peeling off if not soaked enough firstOverall, I'm impressed with how well these inexpensive nose strips work to clear congestion and open my nasal airways. The heavy-duty adhesive allows them to really grip and unclog the nose. Just be sure to soften up the adhesive adequately before removing to avoid discomfort. For an easy, affordable way to combat stuffed sinuses and improve breathing, these strips get the job done. My nasal passages feel cleaner and less congested. Recommend.

I didn't know this kind of product existed but I started looking into solutions because I was waking my partner up with my snoring. All I can say is 'Wow'. I didn't even know I needed this kind of product but as soon as I tried it I experienced instant relief. It's really incredible to feel how clearly I can breath with this thing. I've just been using it for a week, and no snoring so far. I'll need to use it for a month to see if it is really a solution for snoring. But so far, so good.The one complaint is that I have a hard time peeling off the adhesive backing. There must be a trick to it that I haven't figured out yet. But I have to spend more time than I would like struggling with it.Update: I figured out this last point. There is a split in the adhesive in the center of the strip that makes it easily peelable.

This was supposed to help with my wife's sleeping while sawing wood however I'd didn't do anything. It was a shot in the dark but on to the next one I guess. Quality is good. They do however stay on well and fit just right.

These are great! They allow me to sleep through the night by opening up my right nostril. It is 2/3 of the way closed from a deviated septum.Now I have seen many, many reviews, with pictures, stating and showing the skin damage that has been done by removing these strips.They have to stick well to the skin so that they stay on all night.In the morning, or whenever you want to remove them, you thoroughly wet both of your thumbs or fingers and starting at the end of the strip, you lift it up with your wet fingers going toward the middle of your nose. As you are wetting the adhesive and removing it, it comes right off with no damage to the skin.I’ve been wearing these for years, and I’ve never ripped my skin off or even had a red area. Use that method, and you’ll be good to go. Sleep and breath well everyone.

The only nasal strips that work for me. I need the small, sensitive skin version. Others I've used were too big or took my skin off. Yikes.

I am totally addicted to these. I had originally tried the regular grip ones and it made my nose sore after a few day, my skin too thin Went to these without issues and have them on a monthly subscription now. It allows me to breathe thru my nose all night without issue. The biggest benefit for me is not waking up with a dry gooey mouth. I don’t have sleep apnea but family and friends who do use cpap have said it works better than nasal sprays as its effectiveness is all night. A good choice.
