As a general contractor and home builder I can attest these are my favorite anchors. Very easy to install, and they grip well as long as you drill the hole correctly. They hold up as well as any similar anchor, and function great. Definitely a must for bottom plate anchoring, posts, or whatever else you have in mind. Great value for money, will continue to buy again!

I bought these to replace some horrible hardware that was included with some base plates I purchased recently. Installation is pretty straightforward, drill a 1/2 inch hole in the concrete (deep enough to seat the anchor with the nut flush with the top of the bolt). Smack the anchor into the hole. Tighten the nut until tight. If the bolt pulls up to high, it can be cut down with an angle grinder and a cutoff disc.
