6 Months ago I had my hair keratin straightened. It was really nice and I had no problems with it. Now all my re-growth has come through and I wanted to do something quickly and more economically. I haven’t used a relaxer in my hair since I was in my 20’s. This one is amazing 🤩 So easy to use and really effective. There was no burn sensation at all and my hair not only feels silky smooth, it looks completely different. Great product, will buy again. Highly reco

Does as expected. No issues

Wasn't sure what to expect, because i was using this on my mixed race 9 year old's hair on her virgin hair for the first time. Not even a blow dryer has ever been used on my daughters hair, so i was shaking in my boots (literally) when i was doing a patch test. She was so calm though as i was doing the patch test because she trust me. After the timing for patch test had run out, she seemed normal, as i was expecting a rash,or some kind of fainting, a burn, but it was such brilliant feeling that i could continue with the rest of the hair. As i was in the middle of applying the cream, then i realized i haven't got enough. Oh Gosh! Panic attack, nausea, weak feet, nearly crying but screaming inside so my daughter doesn't know what's going on. So i had to sparingly use what i had. Mind you my daughters hair is probably the length of *Moana* and thickness of a bush, but in cute ringlets.....YOU GET THE PICTURE! wasn't enough to get to the ends at all - her hair is as long as to her butt chicks........, so i managed anyway. Results were brilliant considering, but now i have learnt to always buy two of this product no matter what. I cannot stress how sleek and manageable her hair is already. She told me the next day, that she loves her hair so much and now she can start combing it herself without needing mummy - ME. Every morning, now she brushes her hair without tangles, apart from the bits at the ends which get a tad bit tangles obviously because of lack of enough relaxer cream.. Now I've gotta wait another six weeks to re-apply . But am buying two jars this time...even three, just to be sure! I can use the rest on my hair if anything is left over. All i can tell you is buy two jars - just in case. The results are worth it.

Amazing but still burns

I cannot fault the product, will buy more. My girl had medium coarse mix race hair and 12-13 mins were enough to soften. It helps a lot to manage the hair now and the hair absorbs gels, conditioners, hair oil and does not tangle as much, which is the main thing my child wanted. The curls are still there but a bit smaller. No allergic reaction. Things to remember if your child has hair up to shoulder and you can put in a handful bun size, this pot can be used 2x. Just secure 1 sachete with tape. It was way lots of product and I had to throw almost half. 2nd thing is that hair will have a bit of odour after rinsing and shampooing etc but it is a product, so understandable. 3rd thing once hair is relaxed you can use less product next time after 2-3 months as you will only put on roots for longer time and less time on processed hair. The blow drying was much easier too as it was very smooth and i could use 1 hand, again no pulling etc Overall very happy and I am very demanding if it comes to products.

I’m very disappointed, the crème relaxer it doesn’t even make a quarter and liquid activated was half. I’m really disappointed. I wasted my money. It’s a pity I can’t return cause I urgently need it. Don’t waste your money

Came with the Liquid activator open and leaking. This had nothing to do with traslnsportatio as the boxes were both intact.

I have been using this product for quite sometime and thus far I have no issues!

Me gusto que tiene un olor bajo y las porciones vienen divididas, el champú neutralizante huele rico,. lo use en mi hija de cabello tipo C solo queríamos relajar su rizo y segui las instrucciones al pie de la letra y todo salió muy bien.
