They are HUGE! My Bristlenose Babies LOVE them!
One day, I had a few dozen new fish in the tank and did not know what to do with them. The local fish store sold me 5 of these Almond leaves, that were not as big for waaaaaay more than I paid for this bag. It is a VALUE!The fry like to graze and feed off the bio-film that builds up on the leaves. As the get bigger, the eat the leaves themselves and leave just the skeleton of the leaf behind. The leaves themselves have botanical that have antibacterial properties, and can lower the PH of the tank. They WILL release tannins that WILL Darken the water to a diluted tea color. It is a good idea to soak them overnight to release some of the tannins. I also give it a quick rinse before putting the leaf in the tank. I am now up to 60 some babies and a leaf lasts a week or so.

Love them!
Shipped nicely. Hardly any broken leaves at all. Easy to use. My fish love them and I love watching them swim through then. Has helped my water quality out a lot as well!

Good quality
Well worth the money! 👍👍 Plan to order more and they come in different sizes too. I got the 100 leaf set and they came vacuum sealed and in two bundles so don't mind the picture by that time I had already took a bundle apart to start putting them in tanks.

Risk of Spiders + Beetles corpses
ALL ORGANISMS WERE DEAD, just removed the webs on the leaves just in case.At some point between transport and packaging some spiders and beetles ended up trapped in the packaging I got. The Spiders lived long enough to make Spiderwebs all over the ends of the leave and a few webs in the leaves. My first worry was that it was Fungi, but luckily just plain Spider web under closer inspection.I didn't look at the beetle closely, but the Spiders looked to be a rather common house spider that avoids people and isn't too dangerous.Anyway, Lots of Leaves, and No Fish Deaths. Hurray. Even had a Betta get sick with Severe Pineconing Dropsy recover while using the leaves. Been using the leaves for the past 2-3 months without issues. Haven't dared put them in the axie tank yet, but they haven't harmed any of the scuds, snails, or blackworms.//I did place the leaves in the freezer for a week before use, JUST IN CASE.//

Large bundle of Catappa Leaves
I use these to help condition my aquarium water. They imbue the water with a more natural tannin color and help to condition the water.
