So much better quality than any headset - would highly recommend

I use with Lync for work when I can't be bothered to grab my headset. Somehow seems more natural to pick up the handset for short calls. The unit plugs straight in and installs without issue and once in use it is very clear and very very loud! I have to turn down the volume between using my headset and this handset! But - no complaints for the price, other than it's just a shame it doesn't have a mute button.

Bought this so I didn't have to wear a 'call centre' headset at work. It's great. No installation needed and no issues with sound quality

It might be better if it attached to your head in some way to keep both your hands free.

Works perfectly, straight out of the box, and it means that while the rest of the office sit with microphones in front of them like Rosemary the Telephone Operator, I can use a traditional handset. On the down-side, there's no proper stand, just a tiny cradle with double sided tape to stick it on to something.

Used as an alternative to headset. Sound quality is better then a headset. Easy to use. Just plug in and go. College at work has already asked for a link to enable them to purchase.

Bought two handsets for our office computers. Within weeks (conveniently, just after the return window had closed), we began having problems with connectivity. The usb connection is very loose, which leads to callers being unable to hear what we are saying. This occurred on the first handset but I was willing to take it for bad luck. However, after purchasing a second handset and exactly the same thing happening, I’m inclined to believe it is a poor product, and I have wasted my money on two occasions.

Tried a blue tooth version and was not impressed and then got this, really easy to set up and use great sound quality

Hello, it works but picks up noise all the time whenever somethings happening like startup and randomly too and on calls

Conectado a un ordenador con Windows: sin problemas. Conectado a un ordenador con Linux: funcionando de inmediato. Conectado a una Raspberry Pi: reconocido y habilitado. Seguro que lo conecto a una piedra y tengo audio.

Utilisé sur mon lieu de travail où nous sommes en téléphonie IP, combiné solide, cable assez long (car branché en usb sur mon écran). Le son est bon.
