First, I almost never leave reviews, but felt compelled here.I'm 47 through my whole life I've struggled to "fit in," because I think and behave differently. For 47 years I have partially or mostly suppressed my true being being told I was depressed, had adhd, alooof,uncarring,ect.A week ago I stu.bled on this whole sigma male ring and 💥 boom 💥 suddenly everything makes sense, not only my thoughts feelings and qhoni gravity, but why I avoid certain situations and people in general. I've felt guilty and bad about this before understanding why.This book gives a great introduction on what it means to be Sigma. I hope to learn more about how to harvest these traits and powers.My only regret is that I was not exposed to this mindset sooner. It would have saved me time money and possibly even 2 marriagesand the opportunity to have a family!A most read for any male that knows that here is something "different, "about them, but can't explain within the current social framework of society.Thanks

The media could not be loaded.  Sigma Male Bible Mindset is by far the most comprehensive book I have read on unplugging the Alpha Male by embracing ultimate levels of confidence and resilience. The book also introduced me to the notion of the inner game which I have come to realize is among the most powerful strategies in changing your mindset to stand apart from the rest. The likes of Bruce Lee, Muhammad Ali, Keanu Reeves, Steve Jobs and Elon Musk are perfect examples of what a unique mindset entails, and what it can achieve. If this is something you desire to achieve, this book is a must-read. Not only will it leave you with a clear understanding of how to change your mindset but also provide you with in-depth guidance on the thought process you should follow to become a Sigma.
