Purchased for my 12 year old son’s birthday. It runs Roblox and other games absolutely fine. It even runs Fortnite and Rust (we lowered the graphics settings slightly so that these games run smoother). It does everything he needs, boots up in seconds, looks really cool and takes up hardly any space! Great value for money. We have encountered an issue a year down the line but the support team are brilliant and have been very quick to respond. Very pleased with the mini gaming pc. ☺️

My partner purchased one in May 2023 and I purchased in June 2023. Hers stop working in April 2024 and she obtained full refund, Mine failed in September 2024 out of warranty. No refund/repair!!! Failure rate for this unit very high (see Amaon ratings/comments), Check on-line reviews before purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this mini pc about a month ago and am happy with the purchase it runs efficiently on windows 11 pro and has enough processing power to run most software programs and games relatively good. The computer is easy to upgrade thanks to its magnetic side panel, which provides easy access. Ace magician has a great WhatsApp customer service and can resolve most queries and issues by a professional representative.

I brought 2 of these mini PC at the beginning of the year. I am no PC guru but it seemed good bang for the buck. Needed a machine for my sons to game and do school work and this seemed to fit the bill and as I say did not break the bank. The boys seem happy with the speed etc for their gaming and graphics are more than adequate. Unfortunately the one machine refused to turn on last week. I contacted Amazon but as it was past a month they referred me to the supplier. I was instantly full of dread that this would become a lengthy process to get it repaired/replaced. This was not the case. There was a QR code on the side of the machine which put me in touch with a agent via Wattsapp who asked for a few details and a video. He quickly confirmed the unit was possibly faulty and if I post it back a new unit will be issued. I have to say I am disappointed it failed in less than a year, but you cannot fault the service when a replacement in in your hands in less than a week. Great service, many thanks

Powerful mini pc that fits in the palm of your hand!I bought this for my daughter when she moved in to her first 1 bed flat. Space was a premium and she did not want a bulky PC. It can run anything you can throw at it at a decent frame rate from Fortnite to Roblox.Connectivity is great, she runs 2 curved monitors off it, webcam, keyboard, mouse, speakers and a microphone.Storage is more than adequate and has a good amount of memory. It's quiet and well built.Customer service is fantastic, I needed to contact them about a problem and they were more than willing to help and solve it.Overall a fantastic service and a great product.

Amazing PC can’t believe how well it runs. Incredible frame rate on all the games I play like sea of thieves, minecraft, phasmaphobia and forza. Highly recommend!

Dont waste your time or money. Worked perfectly at start however stopped working 6 months after purchase, lost all my data and files, waiting on refund which takes alot of energy!

Overall performance is not dissapointing, although...M2 SSD disk stopped working suddenly after 1 year and 3 months. Windows asked for disk checks (which were performed) several times before that.I'm not sure which SSD disk is it since there is almost no information on it, but I'm replacing it with a new one. I wish this hard drive was of better quality and not from just some no-name manufacturer.
