I used these for fine details in my acrylic paintings, and was really happy with them I've used them in about 7-8 paintings & a couple of them have lost their really fine point, one was my fault as I left it bristles down in water & forgot about it, so it kinks a bit, but the others are all still ok and give good results, I think they are good value for money & would definitely buy another set of them once the ones I've got have wore out.

Royal & Langnickel, hmmm, the name sounds very British and very posh and the six brushes are packaged in a strange zip lock packet.However it states the brushes are manufactured in Munster, Indiana USA, distributed by a business in Dudley, West Midlands, UK, yet underneath all that, it says Made in China.So yer pays yer money and takes yer choice. Have not used mine yet but assuming they don't drop to bits they should be ok for fine detail painting, which is what I bought them for, and the tips have a nice point to them protected by the usual piece of clear plastic tubing.

I paid for 1 set of 6 brushes but was sent a packet with 3 sets of 6 brushes. Not sure if I misinterpreted the description but I’m sure this must have been an oversight. Not that I’m complaining of course but that makes this set fantastic value for money. Not used the brushes yet but they seem decent quality.

Really love this brand of one strokes brushes so had high hopes for these fine detail brushes to which I was left disappointed. Had to throw out 1 brushes that the bristles had split badly and I took a pic of the above brush after light use sadly I would not recommend.

The brushes are of a decent quality but not really as thin as I expected, comparing the 5/0 received to my existing 3/0, the new 5/0 is thicker! So not sure if the sizing information is quite right.

A lovely little set for painting in fine detail. They come in a plastic case with a plastic zip fastener down the side, which is an added bonus for keeping them pristine when not in use.Excellent price and an excellent set. Don't hesitate in these if you need fine detailing doing.
