As you age digestion can be an issue. Taking enzymes before you eat can be a huge help with digesting your food properly. A friend told me about this product. I never leave home without it especially if I’m going out for a meal. I don’t get that huge bloat feeling after a meal as long as I take at least 20 minutes before my first bite.

I tried Arrae products for the first time around 6 months ago, and wow, this actually works. I've tried many, many supplements over the years, and my 40-something body truly appreciates this anti-bloat formula. It doesn't really have a taste to me, it's easy to swallow and you can feel relief within an hour or two. In the morning, I notice a flatter stomach when I take it at night. I highly recommend for those battling bloating, especially after meals in restaurants.
