Mindfulness pocketbook
Love this book. I have been to a couple of talks about mindfulness and find the subject very interesting. My friend has attended a course on it and it has really helped her to become a more grounded thoughtful person. What I like about this book is you can dip in and out of it and read a page - any page - at a time, so there's none of that discipline needed to sit down and read a whole book properly! Good for lazy people like me!

Fabulous book.
I know Mindfulness seems to be the 'buzz' word at the moment, and this book is packed with little exercises which help towards a more calm and peaceful life. Myself and my husband use it to follow up a Mindfulness course, but could be used by someone who has not attended a course. Well recommended.

Arrived yesterday, great little book, shame the back cover is damaged but doesn't affect the reading

GREAT
Effective self-help booking giving advice on reducing stress and enhancing contentment through mindfulness practices. Each technique is fairly short but will take time if practising. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.
