This is perfect for someone with limited hand function. Nice that it is microwaveable and the rubber bottom stops it from slipping around. The lip helps w putting food on utensils. Very helpful for elderly. I would highly recommend it. Just wish it came in different colors but as long as it works that the most important thing.

My dad has a tremor, this is excellent!! He can eat using this plate instead of using bowls for everything. Great design, functional and overall great purchase!

Perfect for my special needs son!

Great for the one handed to be able to scoop food and not push it off the edge of the plate. Great tool/plate. The silicone keeps coming off - so we removed it.put a silicone placemats down instead.

Works great for my stepfather, who suffers from Parkinson's Disease. It helps him to get the food onto his fork more easily. 9

I bought this one for a few reasons. 1) Similar scoop plates I looked at didn't have a curved "scooped" edge like this one does. Others had taller flat edges instead. With a taller flat edge, food might get pushed up, up, and over the side of a flat edge. I think the curved edge is an important part of getting the food onto a spoon or fork. 2) The size of this is good for us. It's not a huge plate, but it's big enough. I'm happy with the size. Measure some of your regular plates and see what you think. I would not call this tiny, like some other plates I read about. 3) I like that there's a flat outer rim to hold the plate by, so other people's fingers do not go inside the plate while carrying and gripping the plate. I wasn't sure I'd like the blue color, and I originally wanted white, but you know what? If you're buying this for someone who's living at a facility, the blue will help the kitchen find it better and faster! So that ended up being a plus! :) The 2 pack is also helpful in case one is in the dishwasher. Overall I like these. They're working well.

Good value for money. Elderly mom has less food spills to the table with the little ledge. Would give more stars but lots of wear and tear after several uses. Next time I will purchase more to avoid reusing same 2 over and over.

This is part of my car kit for camping , & fishing. Strong & sturdy and with the sides it holds lots of food like stews, with out spilling .

Hopefully, they'll work OK. They're much lighter than I thought, but seem to be ok on rubber grip underneath.
