The container is just a cardboard tube that is far bigger than the contents of the bag. I would rather stick with just the bag. This seemed like a neat idea, at first, but is really a waste. I should have just gotten the energy bits instead of vitality bits to begin with. I thought I could handle the detox, as I eat very clean. But I was wrong. My husband just gets energy buys in the bag and it works well for him. So, I’ll go that route.
