Overall I’m very pleased with this and so are my shedding cats. The old ordinary brush didn’t clear the deeper fur, even though neither are long haired cats but this one gets down into the deeper, sometimes matted stuff and importantly seems to be a pleasant experience for the cats. One who never lets me have easy access to his tail allowed this and it was quick to do so he didn’t get fed up. My only gripe is the one I received leaves a thin layer of fur on the pins when you use the slide mechanism to remove the collected fur. Most of it comes off in a neat piece but a thin layer remains to be removed by hand. It’s not a deal breaker but would be nice if it did.

Used as soon as it arrived. Defo need plenty hair on brush before the button to remove it works. But over all a decent brush and gentle on cats.

It works but it is uncomfortable for the cat. The bristles could be a bit better made. Doesn’t actually push all the hairs off when you press the button. It just moves slightly.

I actually bought this to help fluff up kids teddy bears! It worked a treat

Most of the hair comes off in one go

Easy to use to remove cats fur, but not, as suggested in all the hype surrounding the ease of use to empty the fur from the brush, that simple. Still had to remove the fur, after brushing, by hand as it still clung to the metal pins. The metal pins were not very well aligned through the plastic plate and were easily bent out of shape. Don’t know about longevity yet!!
