I’ve been using this pillow for a couple of days now, and I have not had any neck pain!The pillow takes some work to set up. Just follow the instructions in the box. You can remove filler to achieve your desired firmness. I removed a LOT to get to the right amount of filler for my pillow to have my head be in alignment with the rest of my body, but I’m only 5’1”. I took out so much filler that I could have a whole other pillow.It comes with two layers of pillow cases. I wish you could order replacement pillow cases, but not did not see any in their shop.I’m very happy with the pillow so far. I’m not sure how effective the cooling gel is as I am not normally a hot sleeper to begin with, but it’s very comfortable to sleep on. I may purchase another to match.

The cooling gel cover sold me the first night! It was wonderful! I like having the ability to remove some of the stuffing to customize it for exactly what felt best for me. I saved it in the bag provided just in case I want to change it later on. I’m a side sleeper and the curved shaped worked really well, leaving my shoulders enough room while my head stayed on the pillow. I totally recommend this pillow, lots of unique features and well designed details that gave me a great night’s sleep.

I have had this pillow for approximately three weeks now. I have not woke up with a headache since I started using this pillow. My husband’s tells me I snore much much much less! Hope it continues to be just as wonderful as time progresses.

Purchased with real money NOT a vine review. I'd like to know what the filling is because it's not what is shown in the photos. The description gives no clue to what it is. It's a foam and some white fluffy stuff, but what? The purple foam stuff has black spots. I'm concerned it's mold.The seller reached out to me about my concerns. The pillow is purple but has recently been changed to blue, as well as the color of the filling changing. We are working on a solution to what the black spots may be. I have updated the review to 3 stars for now (will change if needed) because they have very nice customer service and they so seem to care if people get a good, quality product.

This pillow changed my life! It’s super comfy and the shape is amazing. My only critique is that it’s not quite as cooling as I thought I would be. But definitely still worth the money!

I've been sleeping with this since December and man let me tell you that it's absolutely amazing. I sleep so much better! The fact is also keeps me cool at night is A+

So I suffer from itchy scalp and the heat from a pillow aggravates the condition. I purchased this product and I am NOT exaggerating but the heat from my head left on the pillow was extremely warm to the touch. Even after I was off the pillow for 15 minutes I could still feel the heat when touching the pillow. I tried another brand called Supa Modern Cooling Bed Pillows, major difference in cooling.

I bought this pillow because I’m a side sleeper and have always had all kinds of pillow/throw/cushion combos to try to get the right height and firmness to my liking.Usually I just wake up with cricks in my neck or back and weird indentations in my face.This pillow is SO comfortable. Ngl, the first time I saw the filling straight out of the box I was leery because there didn’t seem to be enough for what I’d need. Just give it a few minutes to fluff up, and the pillow lofts up big time. The cover fabric is so soft and cuddly and I love that you can easily adjust the amount of filling in the pillow. They’re generous with the amount of filling that’s included.Going to buy more for the guest room.
