Makes fabulous waffles, they take 5mins to cook so put on a timer. Don't lift the lid to soon or waffle will split. Very happy with my purchase

Great value especially for the money and cooks perfect waffles every timeOnly bug bears is there isn’t an on / off switch; only mains operated which always makes me feel a little uncomfortable on ANY item not just thisMind to not over fill !Easy enough to give a wipe down but because you cant immerse in water you can’t give a good scrub so oil can build. This is the only thing that really annoys me about this product. Saying that, I’m not sure if there are other brands available with removable grills?With that said you get what you pay for. I think I paid around £20.Considering I would Often buy waffles from a food delivery app for £12 at a time, I can now make my own waffles easily at home in minutes.Heats up well. Just use a little oil spray, even if only using one waffle square.Size is big and adequate. Hot and fresh. Cooks waffles in 2-3 mins max.This was money well spent! Try it

It is a good purchase and I have been using this for a couple of years now - I use it around once every month. Very easy to use. A bit difficult to clean if you butter or oil it since you can separate the grill with the body so you have to be care when clean it to prevent water going into the machine. It is also non-stick so I don't need to use that much butter. i use my own timer to cook my batter rather than waiting for the light to turn green. I use it on high heat for around 3 minutes for my batter and they turn out nicely brown and crispy (not burnt).

Perfect waffles each time I’ve used it. Can’t say anything on durability as only had it a month.

We have only used this once but they came out looking exactly as they should. Easy to use and although we did spray a very light 100% olive oil over the plates, I'm not sure we needed to. No sticking of the plates after use so a clean up with a sheet of kitchen roll was all that was needed. So far I would highly recommend.

Can’t find fault with this waffle maker after first use. Made up a batter I got off YouTube, which didn’t involve separating the egg whites, and it worked perfectly. Top tips include waiting till waffle maker heats up (green light will notify you), spraying hot plates with oil to avoid sticking, using half oil/butter in batter for additional crispiness, start by using medium heat as a gauge for colour (you can always turn it up if you like a darker waffle) and giving it at least seven minutes to cook (the steam needs to abate). Given the range of batter options, I’m genuinely excited about this new chapter in our breakfast history!

I bought this in April and just a few weeks later after using it only a few times, it stopped working. I hoped it might by the fuse, so I opened up the plug, but it had a 7A fuse inside. This is unusual and I couldn't find a replacement fuse online anywhere. So I contacted the seller with photos. They said they'd send me a replacement but only if I showed proof that I wouldn't use the waffle maker - they wanted a photo of the cable after it had been cut! Why? Because it's dangerous to use a product with the wrong voltage. So I cut the cable and sent them the photo of it, while pointing out (again) that I couldn't use it anyway since it wasn't working, but I HAD been using it, which means it was dangerous. They sent me a replacement and said they'd look into it. But I would have preferred a refund (which wasn't an option) as I don't trust this product or company. Don't risk it!
