Works to stop my colds
Yes, it works for me. I use it with an extra dose of vitamin C when I feel a cold starting in the back of my throat. I use it for three days straight and it works for me, or if I am lazy and let the cold take over with this it lasts way shorter than how it used to be. I use it here and there when everyone else around me is sick. The end result is I stay fit and no colds.Update: Have been using it for a good few years now. I'm hesitant to try others as this works, so why mess it up. Also, one bottle lasts me like a year, depends on the use and who else takes it. I do not use this everyday cuz I don't see the point in it.

Effective anti-viral agent preventing colds and reducing severity of other viral infections
I have been taking these capsules for three years. During this time I have had no coughs or colds inspite of being immunocompromised and no side effects. I found it also reduces the severity of other viral infections. So helpful

I cant do without Elderberry, and it is great to be able to get it in capsule form, and for me, I think Nature's Way is the best manufacture of this product, as I have had other makes, and didn't think they were as good, I would have given it 5 stars, only the delivery is a little bit longer than most good I order from amazon.

Been taking these for a few weeks now - and so far so good
I used to take Elderberry syrup during the colder months as I feel I am more susceptible to colds - due to the negative effects of my insomnia on my immune system.However, as I was going to be travelling a lot for several weeks I did not want the hassle of a liquid and bought these capsules instead.A few colleagues have had colds etc but so far I have not - so maybe these are helping? who knows - but they are definitely more convenient than the liquid.
