A little warm - decent coverage
It fits around my neck loosely with a little room to spare. Coverage is alright, better than totally exposed neck/throat. The padding is ribbed which is probably an attempt to limit sweating everywhere, but it’s still quite warm for the size. I suggest wearing it loose. Does not hinder head/neck movement at all which is a big plus. I think it will help a bit with some sting, but a neck shot is a neck shotUPDATE: I'm moving up to 5 stars. It wasn't as warm as I anticipated. Took a neck shot recently and this ate a lot of the impact. Did the job! I started putting cooling towels underneath to keep me from overheating as well
