This is the third set of double hand pumps that we have bought from Simplehuman although the previous two came from a high street retailer. We think that these dispensers are very good quality in both appearance and operation and the stainless steel appearance allows them to be used regardless of the decoration in the bathroom. The choice of hook or plain blanking piece for each pump unit is a nice touch. I have always been wary of appliances that are fixed to a wall by 'glue' however, the adhesive supplied with this product is excellent and has maintained them on our ceramic tiled wall even when both pumps are full, and avoided any unsightly wall drilling's. In use we have found that the pumps have two potential 'weak' points. The first is that depending on where they are mounted in the shower area, it is possible to knock them and unmount them from their base causing them to fall to the floor with catastrophic results. We solved this by placing a small screw (or large headed nail), into the mounting hole after fitting the pump to the base thus preventing them from lifting out. The screw is not on view and can be easily removed if the pump is required to be taken down for cleaning. The second problem is that the pump handle (being plastic), can fracture in use after a period of time especially if the user is 'heavy handed' though in practice we have found that the most popular pump in our bathroom (shampoo), lasts between three to four years. All in all a very good product and we would certainly purchase further examples from this range.

This looks great and is easy to fill and use. I mounted this for our downstairs loo with soap and hand lotion. It copes with the thicker hand lotion well. The labels are engraved on the lids (shampoo and conditioner), so perhaps designers take note and offer different labels for different liquids? I don't use shampoo and conditioner in the loo! I don't trust adhesive on tiles - it will end up dropping on your toe! I took a bit of time and mounted using some chunky screws and washers. Solid as a rock. Good quality materials so will last I think.

The looks and function are superb. Having had one of these for over a year it does not drip, and functions flawlessly. BUT; they come with what appears to be random contents designation ie this pair I bought said shampoo on one and conditioner the other. We are using them for soap and shampoo. Confusing for guests. I am reviewing a 'Shampoo and Soap Dispenser' that does not contain a Shampoo and Soap dispenser. (Trade description?) One other gripe, although I will be buying more, I dropped a lid when refilling; easy to do as it was soapy, and falling four feet to the bath it cracked on impact.

I have this one in the shower and a single one by the sink for hand soap. Dead easy and straightforward to use and the little sticky foam bit helps prevent water ingress to the screws holding it up. Very well designed and works great 👍

We stayed in an Airbnb that had this exact brand of soap dispenser. My little boy with autism struggles with normal soap pump dispensers, and we always have to help him. On that holiday he managed to use it without any help at all. The first thing I did when we got home was search the brand name and the next day he had his own dispenser. I have a very happy boy now. It is really good quality! We didn't want to have to drill through the tiles, and with the sticky back there was no need. It came with a lint free alcohol wipe to make sure the surface was fully grease free too. I was slightly concerned about the weight of the soap with the adhesive pad, but we let it cure for 24 hours before attaching the bottle part, and it feels really secure. It has held up perfectly so far. I would definitely recommend this!

We installed ours with screws after reading they can fall off the wall. So easy to use and dispense just the right amount each time. Hoping they last for years to come…..

They certainly look good, and if that is your criterion for buying something, then this is the product for you. Unfortunaly they don't work as well as they look. I have placed mine next to the shower controls, and they fill with water and dilute the product inside.This happens very quickly about 4 showers later and the cylinder is 1/4 full In the kids' shower, I have a cheap dispenser which works great and hasn't failed yet. I would not buy these again and cannot recommend them to anyone. I will take some photos to support what I have written
