This was the perfect size for my roasting pan and material was very easy to clean and does not rust .

Good product. Used for the Christmas Day duck and it kept the bird well above the fat in the roasting tray.

I've not used this yet - I got it specifically for roasting chickens straight from the freezer. Yes - I know - apparently it's fine to do this - who knew. It will save me frustration when I forget to defrost. The rack is really sturdy and well made. I'm very happy with it.

Fine but don't put it in the Dishwasher. It develops rust spots. I'll be seeking a replacement in Stainless.

I roughly measured the size before buying in my roasting tin but i must have got it wrong a little bit. It does the job of keeping the meat elevated, however the V-shape does lead to the centre of the roast with a possibility of getting wet. I think most animals this is fine, however the goose I was roasting secreted a lot of fan which builds up. Racks like this do make it a bit easier getting the meat out of the pan and it cleaned off great

This is exactly like one that I purchased about 20 years ago. The old one rusted after a going into the dishwasher. I was so happy to get one that goes in the dishwasher as I use this rack a lot.

I find it hard to find decent racks that are both sturdy and non-stick and able to stand up to whatever acidic sauce you may be using to baste and marinate your meat. This little workhouse fits the bill perfectly. It's so strong I'm actually resting clean pots on top of it in storage. Clean cast iron pots. It has a gentle, non-aggressive bend, which means it supports whole birds and roasts above the bottom of the pan, but you can also arrange (larger) sliced items on it in a flat layer. I just used it for four pork chops, and they came out perfectly, Can't wait to try a rib roast, or several chicken breasts, or Cornish hens, etc. I just got a great roasting pan, and this is the perfect size to enhance all the things the pan could already do.
