This one is very easy to use
I have developed adult-onset Osgood-Schlatters and was finding it very uncomfortable to run because of the pain in my left knee. I've bought 2 different knee straps - the UP one and another brand with a plastic buckle. This one is very easy to use. I wear it just above the bump on my tibia when I'm running. I did have to play around with the tightness when I first got it - too tight and it hurts more than without it. It washes easily - I do a lot of trail and fell running so it gets muddy, but I just wash it by hand with warm water and ordinary hand-soap. I had also started with IT Band pain secondary to my knee problem and it's fixed this too.

Best support I have found for runner’s knee!
Great support for runner’s knee, really helped reduce pain and does not move around like a normal knee supports. So good I bought another one to wear on my good knee as well!

Ineffective
The product is completely ineffective. Difficult to wear, put on and makes zero difference, appears to be cosmetic

Waste of time
The product took ages to be delivered and in use its not very effective - it would be possible to produce an equivalent from velcro tape and a peice of padding.

I thought these were good support and good value for money but I would ve liked to be able to choose the colour, I am not into ponk, red or black would have been fine.
