I ordered this for making not only coffee and steeping loose-leaf tea. It works perfectly! So easy yo use. Very well made and decorative. I bought mine in brass. Everything about it is high quality.

Cheap! Easy to use. Easy to clean. I think it definitely tastes better over my normal drip, even using the same grounds. This was my first foray into French Press and it is fantastic. Bit of a learning curve to do French Press in general, but I did research before it showed so it was easy enough. If you wanted to give French Press a try, can’t really beat this.

This is NOT a high end french press. For starters, the glass does not separate from the metal holder. But, if you are looking for something simple that does the trick, this will do it. I've also noticed that the plunger does not go down far enough when using unless you were to double the normal recommended amount of coffee. But again, for my purposes at work, it's a great way to make a decent cup of coffee for the mornings.

I liked the size as it is a smaller size that I find perfect for my 14 oz coffee cup. It is glass container with a copper finish on the outer metal container and top. It has double strainers that ,makes the filtering when pouring very efficient. In other words no coffee grounds in my coffee cup. It is easy to clean when using a bottle brush, as the glass container is a small diameter. However that is a minor inconvenience, and I highly recommend this French press for two cup usage.

The copper press looks smart on the counter.This company makes other styles.Take a look. On the side of the glass container the oz and ml are listed. Although you can remove the glass from the holder;by loosening the screw at the handle ;you can put the glass container in the dishwasher. I prefer to wash the glass by hand without removing it. The handle feels like wood but is a plastic composite. It holds the temperature nicely and seems well constructed. Enjoy your coffee!

Love the style and design. It comes out of the holder for easy cleaning. Makes a delicious pot of coffee. I chose the 34oz and its perfect for 2 of us to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. I paired this with the amazon coffee grinder to get a nice coarse grind on my beans for the perfect French press pot of coffee. Great Product! Great Price!

I recently dealt with a power outage for several days due to a hurricane. I had 3 different types of coffee pots on my counter, and not one was usable! Instant coffee? Yuck! I was reminded of a French Coffee Press by a friend, and immediately ordered one. I love the look of this one with the copper colored metal. Not sure how long the copper will stay pretty but it looks good now. I do not have a coffee grinder, and did not order coffee beans so I tried it out with ground coffee that I had in my pantry. It was amazing. I'm not sure the reason that others struggled with too many grounds in their cup. The coffee I used was actually pretty finely ground, and it didn't have that problem at all. If you're following the process well, it should work like a charm, and you will have a amazing cup of coffee for your efforts. The price is also pretty reasonable. Very pleased with my purchase!

Un belle cafetière à piston qui fait très bien son boulot.J'apprécie d'avoir des graduations.Je suis cependant un peu déçu que le couvercle soit en plastique malgré un colori qui imite parfaitement le métal des pieds. Ce qui fait qu'en terme de robustesse j'ai quelques doutes sur la longévité de ce couvercle, à voir.
